AMG Critical Minerals
AMG’s Critical Minerals segment consists of AMG’s mineral processing operations in graphite, antimony, and silicon metal.
AMG Graphite, headquartered in Hauzenberg, Germany, produces high-purity natural graphite which is known for its conductivity, lubrication, and heat resistant properties. AMG Graphite produces the highest quality graphite through its own source mines and vertically integrated production facilities, which are located in Germany, Sri Lanka, China, and Mozambique.
AMG Antimony produces antimony trioxide from base forms of antimony metal at its processing facilities in France for use in flame retardants.
AMG Silicon, based in Pocking, Germany, produces high purity silicon metal products (greater than 99% purity) which are used primarily in the chemical, solar, electronics, and aluminum industries.
