We produce highly engineered specialty metals and mineral products and provide related vacuum furnace systems and services to the transportation, infrastructure, energy, and specialty metals and chemicals end markets.
AMG Critical Materials produces aluminum master alloys and powders, ferrovanadium, natural graphite, chromium metal, antimony, lithium, tantalum, niobium and silicon metal. AMG Technologies produces titanium aluminides and titanium alloys for the aerospace market; designs, engineers, and produces advanced vacuum furnace systems; and operates vacuum heat treatment facilities, primarily for the transportation and energy industries.
With approximately 3,300 employees, AMG operates globally with production facilities in Germany, the United Kingdom, France, the Czech Republic, the United States, China, Mexico, Brazil, India, Sri Lanka, and Mozambique, and has sales and customer service offices in Russia and Japan.

Supervisory & Management Boards
The Supervisory Board consists of six members that oversee both the strategy and policies pursued by the Management Board as well as the general course of AMG’s business. In performing its duties, the Supervisory Board is required to act in the interests of the AMG Group and its businesses as a whole. While retaining overall responsibility, it has assigned certain of its preparatory tasks to three committees: the Audit and Risk Committee, the Selection and Appointment Committee and the Remuneration Committee, each of which reports on a regular basis to the Supervisory Board. .
Consisting of the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Operating Officer, and the Chief Financial Officer of the company, the Management Board is responsible for the general affairs of the company and its businesses as pursued by its group companies, while taking into account the interests of all stakeholders.

AMG Advanced Metallurgical Group N.V. is a company organized under Dutch law (the Company) and is the parent company of the AMG Group. The Company was established in 2006 as the holding company for the AMG Group companies and its shares were first listed on the Euronext Stock Exchange in Amsterdam in July 2007.
AMG was incorporated in the Netherlands in November 2006, formed from a combination of specialty metals businesses.
