AMG Announces Schedule For First Quarter 2008 Earnings Release

Amsterdam, 5 May 2008 — AMG Advanced Metallurgical Group N.V. (« AMG », EURONEXT AMSTERDAM: « AMG ») announced that it will release its first quarter 2008 financial results on Friday, 9 May 2008 at approximately 7:00 am CET.  AMG will host a conference call to discuss its financial results for the first quarter 2008 on same day at 8:30am CET (7:30am GMT / 2:30am EST).
