AMG Advanced Metallurgical Group N.V. Announces Change in Dividend Policy

Amsterdam, 5 August 2015 AMG Advanced Metallurgical Group N.V. (“AMG”, EURONEXT AMSTERDAM: “AMG”) is pleased to announce that the Supervisory Board of AMG has approved a change in the Company’s dividend policy to allow for the payment of dividends to shareholders. In line with Dutch corporate governance best practices, the change will be discussed during AMG’s 2016 Annual General Meeting. Consistent with AMG’s Corporate Strategy, the company will continue to retain a portion of future earnings to improve the strength of its balance sheet and finance the development and expansion of its business.

The change in policy reflects AMG’s strong balance sheet liquidity, as well as the Board’s confidence in our long-term ability to generate solid cash flow.
